Insurance Claim Update

This blast email is being sent to all registered users of the Huntley Creek Condo HOA Website.

Damages from the 7/25/2018 storm have been assessed several times by Farmers Insurance Claims Adjusters and 1st American Roofing on behalf of the community.  As you are aware, insurance approved for two sides of each building be scraped, primed and painted. There are areas in which the siding was damaged so severely that it must be replaced.  Crews will be working on buildings 123/125 and 112/114 to replace siding in those areas.  This replacement siding has been approved as part of the insurance claim.  A dumpster will be placed in the shared parking for a few days by the contractor - thank you in advance Huntley Creek Community for your assistance while crews work to finish the project.
